My name is Adepeju B, and I am a female home carer with a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals who require support in their daily lives. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked with clients facing various challenges, including Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, Depression, and Osteoporosis. I am skilled in providing assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, and meal preparation. The well-being and comfort of my clients are always my top priorities.
Though I do not have a car, because i am still learning driving but I can commute to any location easily through cab or public transport. I believe that companionship is a vital aspect of caregiving, and I excel at providing emotional support and engaging in meaningful conversations with my clients. In addition to this, I also have experience in cooking, laundry, and light housekeeping, ensuring that my clients' homes are clean and organized.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time indulging in activities that bring joy and relaxation to my life. Walking, dancing, card games, cooking and baking, and solving puzzles are some of my favorite hobbies. I also have a fondness for some pets, my preference are for fish and birds.
As a carer, I am known for my caring nature, friendly demeanor, and helpful attitude. I firmly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead independent lives, and this is my primary motivation for pursuing a career in caring. It brings me immense satisfaction to witness the positive impact I can make on my clients' lives each day.
